Camp Wonder
What is Camp Wonder?
The Children's Skin Disease Foundation (CSDF) is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization which focuses on the unique problems of young people who suffer from skin disease and the families who care for them. Through the help of donations, awards, and volunteers, children with serious and fatal skin diseases come to camp in Northern California for one week each summer. Camp Wonder gives children, ages 7-16, a comfortable environment where they are able to avoid the staring, stigma, and isolation often associated with skin disease. The camp gives the children an environment where they are able to feel "normal.”
