Russell Elliott joined Stiefel in August 2011 and leads a function that brings together the scientific disciplines linked to the formulation development, characterization and manufacture of our dermatological products on a global basis across the prescription and non-prescription (including cosmetic) portfolios.

Russell joined GSK in 2006 as Head of the New Product Introduction Centre of Excellence for Liquids and Biopharmaceuticals based at Barnard Castle in the UK.

Prior to GSK, Russell was a Principal Scientist with Procter & Gamble specializing in the design and development of new products within the beauty care division. He was involved with the successful filing of 30 patent applications on various body wash, skin care and color cosmetic products with an additional applications in progress.
