Michelle Biggs
Director, Human Resources Stiefel

Michelle Biggs joined Stiefel, a GSK company, in May 2010 as the director of Human Resources. In her current role, Michelle oversees the coordination of global human resources initiatives and develops human resources strategies while providing business partner support.

Michelle joined GSK in 2001 as a manager, U.S. Pharma Human Resources, and was recently involved in integration activities for ViiV Healthcare North America. In addition she provided business partner support to the Immunology leadership team, U.S. Pharmaceuticals Communications and Human Resources.

During her tenure at GSK, Michelle has provided human resource guidance to the former HIV division as well as various support functions within GSK U.S. Pharmaceuticals.

Michelle has more than 20 years of human resource experience which includes, but is not limited to, organizational restructuring and design, employee relations, recruitment, coaching, talent management, diversity and team interventions.

Prior to joining the pharmaceutical industry, Michelle worked in human resources in the investment banking industry at CIBC World Markets for 14 years.

She also has a master of science degree in Human Resources from the New School in New York City.
